Because tai chi is a low-impact form of exercise, it’s often a very effective exercise method that can help people with arthritis, fibromyalgia, anxiety, and other medical problems. A tai chi phrase I like is “motion is the lotion” – or keep moving to keep mobile!! Studies have shown it can help reduce the risk of falls, lower pain levels and ease anxiety.
